Yellow Patch

As usual, my typical plea for help when it comes to identifying birdies I'm sorry, I'm no good with birds. So, can anybody please tell me what kind of bird this is? I'd greatly apprecaite it!

Edit: I guess the consensus is that it's a Yellow-rumped Warbler.

Taken a few months back, perching on the bird bath in our back yard I hope you enjoy this piece.
