Power Of The Night


The stars begin to settle,
Like dew drops on a petal,
As the light begins to hide.
Every point of light,
Is a truly amazing sight,
And the sea rolls in with the tide.


The night is cool and quiet,
The sky turns shades of lilac,
And the breeze is very calming.
A star streaks arocss the sky,
Angels playing games up high,
The atmosphere all around is charming.


Random twinkling up above,
So delicate like a dove,
Night's beauty grows stronger each hour.
No comparison can be made,
Words alone crumble as they're laid,
Only being here can you experience natures power.
